Workout of the Day (WOD)

The daily WOD is consistent for all classes held on any given day. It ¬†includes a dynamic warm up, skill development and the workout. The WOD will be constantly varied, different every day. ¬†We use a combination of gymnastics, running, rowing and weight lifting, all scaled to suit an athlete’s level of ability.
